Cindy Kailey Hiebert is the Co-Owner
and Designated Broker at Mahoosuc Realty. A native of Bethel, Cindy
graduated from Gould Academy and Colorado Mountain College. She
has been a long skier and racer at Sunday River. Her father, Paul
Kailey, was one of the original Founding Fathers of the mountain.
The Kailey family owned the original ski shop, Sunri, on the mountain.
Cindy has been in real estate since
1987. Her designations include ABR, CRS and GRI. She is a former
Director of the Western Maine Board of Realtors, Maine Association
of Realtors and the Realtor Foundation.

Ron Savage is the Co-Owner of Mahoosuc
Realty. He has been building homes in the Bethel Area since 1989
and has been the General Contractor of over 300 homes.
Ron was the developer of many notable subdivisions in the Bethel
Area including Paradise Ridge, Countryside, English Woods, Birch
Woods, Haley Lane, Eagle Ridge, Moose Lane and Timber Creek.
Ron has served on the Budget Committee for the Town of Bethel for
the past 4 years, 3 of which he has been the vice chairman.
Ron and his crew have supported many community projects including
Angevine Park, the Skateboard Park, the walking path, and Contractors
Day at Telstar High School.

Matt is an experienced broker who is
certified as a Resort Property Specialist by the National Association
of Realtors. He specializes in new construction, waterfront properties
and vacation homes. Matt, who has served as a political consultant
on statewide campaigns, brings a unique marketing background to
Mahoosuc Realty and directs the company advertising. In addition
to being a broker, Matt co-owns Mahoosuc Rentals, LLC, a vacation
property rental company located in the Sunday River region.
Matt lives in downtown Bethel and enjoys live music, alpine skiing,
landscape photography and cycling.

Thea brings 15 years of sales experience
to her real estate practice. She lives near the ski resort with
her husband, Roger, who owns the Matterhorn Ski Bar and their two
daughters. She enjoys the outdoor lifestyle the Bethel area offers
including skiing, hiking, biking and fabulous scenery/views.
Thea is outgoing, people oriented and she takes great pride in
her honesty and integrity. Her goal is to bring people and properties
together.
She represents both buyers and sellers handling primary homes,
vacation homes, condos and land. Additionally she is certified as
a Resort Property Specialist by the National Association of Realtors.

Claire is a lifelong resident of the
area. She has lived in Bethel with her contractor husband, Barry
Carver, and two daughters for more than 25 years. Claire has a Bachelor
of Arts Degree in Math and Computer Science. Her prior experience
includes bank manager, payroll management, high school teacher and
leadership in education. Her background has supplied her well with
effective communicating and negotiating skills. Her hobbies include
alpine and cross-country skiing, kayaking, and gardening. She volunteers
her time for Project Opportunity and tutors at the local high school.
She is a member of the Maine and National Board of Realtors.

Paula worked for Dick Bass at Snowbird
in Utah and the Zuckerman's at Canyon Ranch in Tucson before moving
to Maine. She owned Maine Street Realty for ten years prior to selling
the company and moving to Sunday River as the Designated Broker
in 2002.
She is the past President of the Bethel Area Chamber of Commerce;
past Board member of the Mahoosuc Arts Council; Director on the
Western Maine Board of Realtors, Director on the Board of the Maine
Association of Realtors; founding member of the National Association
of Realtors Property Management section; former Director on the
Board of Executive Women International. Additional volunteer activities
include Junior Achievement, Master Gardner, and Literacy volunteer.

Joyce Pereira came to the Bethel area
16 years ago as a restaurant manager and ski instructor. During
her years here, both in the hospitality and the ski industry, Joyce
has met many people and has made lifelong friends. Joyce is a new
addition to the Mahoosuc Realty team and brings with her a knowledge
of the area, its people and the landscapes that make Bethel
and the Mahoosuc Mountains such a magical place to live and play.
Joyce loves the outdoors. Her hobbies include telemark skiing, hiking,
cross country skiing, kayaking. She lives in Bethel with her husband
Doug, daughter Molly and golden retriever Bailey.
Joyce is a member of the Maine Association of Realtors and the
National Association of Realtors.

Michael grew up in the Oxford Hills
of Maine and graduated from Oxford Hills High School in 1977. After
serving six years in the U.S. Navy, Michael attended Lyndon State
College in Vermont and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in
Meteorology. He has also taken graduate courses in Environmental
and Land Use Planning at the Muskie Institute, University of Southern
Maine. Prior to coming to Mahoosuc Realty, Michael worked as a meteorologist
with the National Weather Service and in environmental and business
management. Michael has previous real estate experience as a licensed
real estate appraiser, and co-owns a small real estate development
company. In 2000, Michael retired from the United States Naval Reserve
as a Lieutenant Commander. He resides in Norway with his wife, Bethany
and daughter, Charlee.
